Just in time for the Holiday season filled with Christmas parties and events, HOTEL10 presents its new JAG multifunctional event space.
Named after Joseph-Arthur Godin, the architect behind one of the first concrete residential buildings in the country, which houses HOTEL10 today, the JAG room is nestled in the late BLVD 44, a nightclub that has made people dance for over a decade on Saint-Laurent boulevard.
Located right next to HOTEL10, BLVD 44 has, for a long time, been a place of choice for night owls who enjoyed its location and popularity. Thanks to its three distinct sections offering unique atmospheres and themes and its mezzanine, the place has hosted magnificent and memorable evenings... and will continue to do so through its new vocation.
When BLVD 44 closed in the fall of 2023, HOTEL10 decided to take over and convert the room into an event space. After all, in addition to being spectacular and bright, it can be accessed directly from the hotel or through an independent entrance on Boulevard Saint-Laurent, the best of both worlds.
After months of renovation and deliberation - since everything was redone from floor to ceiling - we decided that the decor of the JAG room would be neutral to allow guests to add their personal touch according to their events, thus allowing a space versatile and practical as well as different configurations.
Able to accommodate up to 150 people in a cocktail setting, the JAG room is a new option for all your event needs at HOTEL10. Here is the capacity chart.
The long bar can be used for several functions, as well as the mezzanine. The large 14-foot-high windows provide abundant natural light and its own private seasonal terrace is sure to be popular during summer.
For the moment, only the bathrooms give a nod to a certain "theme", a concept dear to HOTEL10, a place that overflows with creativity and offers several thematic suites, this time honoring our neighbors, the 7 Fingers circus.
Inaugurated last August, the brand new JAG room offers: a private entrance, a seasonal terrace, a mezzanine, a locker room and private bathrooms, and much more!
